Each of the staff members at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services is committed to providing your family with the finest in personal care. In fact, for years, it’s been comforting for area families to know that we are available to help at any time of the day or night.

When a loved one dies, all you need to do is make one phone call. From that moment on, we’ll take on the responsibilities of the physical care of your loved one, and the emotional care of those left behind.

Ryan Brown, General Manager Office Phone: (919)496-3161 Ryan is the co-owner and general manager, he oversees the daily operations at Lancaster and is your primary funeral director. Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from John Tyler College with a degree in Mortuary Science in 2009, and holds funeral service licenses in both Virginia and North Carolina. He is married to the former Heather Bryant of Henderson, NC. Ryan Brown's family consists of his wife Heather, their son, Eli, twin daughters, Reagan and Brooklyn, a dog, and a cat.  Mr. Brown is a member of Louisburg United Methodist Church.  Ryan also serves the community with involvements with the Louisburg Lions Club and as a board member of the Franklin County Volunteers in Medicine.  Ryan is available anytime to assist with pre-arrangements and funeral planning. Amy Leonard, Office Manager Office Phone: (919)496-3161 Amy serves the community as our office manager.  She is a native of Louisburg, and has served Lancaster since 1995. She and her husband, Jr. live in the Centerville community and have a daughter, Taylor and son, Mason and are members of Centerville Baptist Church.

Mr. Bill Lancaster, Former Owner Mr. Bill as he is affectionately known around the funeral home has been instrumental in bringing the team together that will provide the quality compassionate care just as his family did with a focus on christian family values.  Mr. Lancaster provides insight and guidance to our team almost daily now.  Bill grew up in the funeral business that his parents started in 1935. He retired in 1996. He is a member of Louisburg Baptist Church.

Perry Faulkner, Funeral Assistant Perry has served Lancaster since 2007,  prior to joining our staff Perry retired from a career with the telephone company under. He and his wife, Barbara live in Louisburg and have two sons, Perry and Jerry. He is a member and very active at Louisburg Baptist Church.

Randy Young, Funeral Assistant Randy serves the community as a full-time Fireman for Louisburg and when he is on his personal time he chooses to assist in caring for families here at Lancaster

Marlene Griffin Marlene has served Lancaster since 2006. She has lived in White Level community for 36 years. She and her late husband Harold have three children, Chuck, Dale and Karen. She is a member of Louisburg Baptist Church.

Connie Smith Connie has served Lancaster since 2005. She and her husband, Mike live in Louisburg and they have three sons, Dale, Michael and Chris. She is a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

Michael Smith Mike enjoys serving the community through Lancaster.  He and his wife, Connie live in Louisburg and they have three sons, Dale, Michael and Chris. Mike is retired from the Franklin County Sheriff's Department, however sometimes still fills in there when not working with the funeral home, he is also a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

Joan Leonard Joan has worked with Lancaster since 2004. She is retired from the Franklin County Clerk of Court's office.  Joan and her husband Dan Live in Louisburg and have a son Jay and a daughter in law, Kari.
